Job Summary:

Concentra is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team. As a vital part of our dedicated team of clinicians, you will be accountable for assessing patients and providing treatments while ensuring an exceptional and reassuring experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case management.
  • Adhere to Clinical Analytics relative to quality and create a professional and collaborative working environment with center staff.
  • Maintain relationships with center clients and payers, promoting, cultivating, and exemplifying Orange Book values for all clinic staff.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification and active and unrestricted license.
  • Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date).
  • Must be eligible to participate in Medicare and FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
