- Documenting nursing notes accurately to reflect the care provided and the resident's response.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Preparing necessary equipment and supplies for resident admissions.
- Being the initial point of contact for families, providing facility tours and answering inquiries.
- Conducting and coordinating resident assessments upon admission.
- Initiating care planning in collaboration with nursing and relevant departments.
- Gathering essential information and documentation for resident admissions.
- Participating in facility surveys by authorized agencies.
- Maintaining confidentiality of resident care information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Performing other nursing duties as assigned.
Applicants must possess a nursing degree from an accredited institution and have current knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and guidelines relevant to care facilities.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records and documentation systems is preferred.
