Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team at SpecSys. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance audits of production equipment to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Consult with management to resolve quality, production, and efficiency problems.
- Function as an information source to facility and departments on quality.
- Perform go-no-go inspections to ensure vehicles meet customer specifications and standards.
- Input data and completed tasks into data collection systems.
- Assist team members in improving processes and procedures.
- Confirm that plant audit procedures are properly carried out.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos, and differences in numbering sequences.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions.
- Experience and ability to effectively communicate quality requirements through multiple stages of production process.
- Deadline-oriented and focused on success through continual process improvement.
