About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Research Nurse to join our team at Professional Case Management. As a CMRN, you will play a vital role in conducting mobile visits for study participants, working collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure accurate source documentation and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct mobile visits for study participants, adhering to required visitation windows and protocols
  • Collaborate with Clinical Project Managers, Coordinators, and site personnel to complete visits and submit accurate source documentation
  • Perform phlebotomy, peripheral blood draws, IVs, and subcutaneous injections, as well as collect vital signs, ECGs, urine samples, and perform urine pregnancy tests
  • Document patient records, including medical history and medication charting, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Maintain current licensure, CPR certification, and TB test, as required

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Two years' experience in starting and performing phlebotomy, peripheral blood draws, IVs, and subcutaneous injections (date of last practice within 6 months, preferred)
  • One year of experience collecting vital signs, ECGs, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy tests
  • Current, unrestricted license as a RN in the state(s) of practice
  • Excellent observational, verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Licensed driver with good driving record and automobile insurance in accordance with state and/or agency requirements and in good repair
  • Ability to speak other languages

Compensation

Standard Rate: $ Hourly plus commute, mileage, training, and administrative pay.
