Key Responsibilities- Develop and provide group activities, including therapeutic, psychoeducational, and activity-based interventions.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Assess and communicate patient needs to ensure timely and effective interventions.
- Provide individual and group instruction to develop and maintain appropriate daily living skills.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to the team to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- Three or more years of clinical experience in mental health, preferably with a focus on group therapy.
- Current Social Work License (LCSW, LICSW) or License in a related field (LMHC, Licensed Psychologist) in the State of MA.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
