Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Butterball, LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and repairing machinery.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and implement repairs as needed.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient production processes and minimize downtime.
  • Comply with all safety protocols and regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
  • Assist in the installation and repair of electrical and electronic systems, including programmable controllers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 5-10 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of general maintenance, hydraulic systems, electrical and electronic systems, and welding (TIG, MIG) required.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English required.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently required.
Work Environment
