Job Title: Phlebotomist III Site Lead

Job Summary:

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Phlebotomist III Site Lead to join our team. As a Phlebotomist III Site Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of phlebotomists and ensuring the smooth operation of our Patient Service Centers (PSCs). You will be the face of our company, interacting with patients and clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of phlebotomists and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent patient service.
  • Ensure the accurate and efficient collection of blood samples from patients.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve patient satisfaction and service quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Provide training and coaching to new employees to ensure they meet the company's standards.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
