Essential Qualifications:
  • Current Nursing License in Texas (Bachelor's Degree preferred)

Key Duties:
  • Facilitate and oversee in-house training for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) or coordinate external training programs
  • Comprehend, instruct, and implement the Company's Human Resources Policies and Procedures along with relevant state and federal regulations
  • Maintain accurate personnel records
  • Coordinate and lead New Hire Orientation with ongoing employee support
  • Recruit and onboard qualified personnel
  • Organize and deliver in-service education, including Nursing Assistant Certification and CPR training
  • Assume responsibilities of the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, or Staff Nurse as necessary
  • Conduct daily rounds to monitor staff performance and identify training needs
