Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Program Director to oversee the coordination and supervision of one to two residential programs specializing in supporting individuals with challenging behavioral and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train mental health specialists to ensure the highest level of care and support for program participants.
  • Develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program operations and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure program quality and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience supervising programs that oversee services for people with behavioral and serious persistent mental health needs.
  • A four-year degree in behavioral science or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation.
  • Designated Manager status per 245D licensing.
