About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Boston Neurobehavioral Associates. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work closely with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, psychologists, therapists, and other medical professionals to provide well-rounded care to patients of all ages.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000, based on industry standards for similar roles in the Boston area. Our benefits package includes medical, dental insurance, 401k with matching, and HSA, as well as 100% employer-paid malpractice coverage. This is a W2 employed position with a Monday through Friday work schedule, offering flexibility in practice location and no weekends or on-call required.

Responsibilities include providing education or counseling to individuals and families, developing treatment plans in accordance with regulations and agency policy, and completing documentation as required. If you possess excellent case conceptualization skills, ability to build rapport, and experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy, we encourage you to apply.
