Job Overview

This role focuses on delivering high-quality physical therapy services to patients with various medical conditions, emphasizing patient-centered care and evidence-based practice.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong clinical background, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, including physical exams and diagnostic tests, to inform treatment decisions.
  • Implement and supervise exercises, modalities, and other interventions to address patient goals and improve functional abilities.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate patient discharge planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in New Hampshire or ability to obtain.
  • At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
  • Two or more years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
Estimated Salary Range:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
