Traffic Signal Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Traffic Signal Technician to join our team at Government Jobs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing manual labor and skilled work involving the maintenance of traffic signal systems and traffic signs.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair traffic signal systems and traffic signs to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of traffic signal systems and traffic signs.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries and concerns from the public and internal stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in traffic signal maintenance and repair.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Working Conditions: This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to changing weather conditions. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
