Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual psychotherapy, family therapy, and group therapy services to residents
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans to address resident needs
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss resident progress and treatment plans
  • Document resident progress and treatment plans in accordance with company policies

Requirements:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in psychology or a related field
  • Licensed as a psychologist in the state of Illinois
  • Experience working with older adults and individuals with mental health needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
