Job Summary:

Loyola Medicine, a member of Trinity Health, is a nationally ranked academic, quaternary care system based in Chicago's western suburbs. We are seeking a skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our Behavioral Health team as an Inpatient Psychiatric Liaison.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individual treatment plans for inpatients.
  • Collaborate with attending psychiatrists to ensure comprehensive care and develop aftercare plans.
  • Facilitate family sessions and coordinate discharge planning.
  • Participate in weekly clinical staffing and contribute to the development of the treatment team.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field and full clinical license.
