Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer suicide risk assessments and provide crisis intervention
  • Participate in training sessions and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in counseling, actively pursuing licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in treating adolescents with substance use and/or mental health issues
  • Experience in applying therapeutic techniques for adolescent behavioral health
Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in psychotherapy, substance use treatment, and trauma-informed care
  • Ability to implement somatic-based therapeutic approaches
  • Skilled in diagnostic evaluation using DSM V and ASAM criteria
  • Familiarity with behavioral health regulations and managed care practices
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
