Job SummaryThis is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care and leadership within our nursing team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to assigned patients on the progressive care unit, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote evidence-based care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and professionalism in all aspects of nursing practice.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; ADN required, BSN preferred.
- Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a progressive care unit.
- BLS certification; ACLS certification within the first year of employment.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000-$110,000, depending on experience.
