Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare industry.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain business relationships.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including conducting pre-discharge hospital visits and informational meetings to understand their needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of marketing expenditures and submit expense reports in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum two years of experience in a sales or marketing role in the healthcare industry.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Education: Non-degree candidates with prior supervisory experience in home health or Hospice may be considered.
