Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Lead to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is always looking its best and that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging and addressing customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor associates to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that the sales floor is always well-organized and visually appealing, with merchandise displayed in a way that is easy for customers to find and purchase.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as receiving and stocking, to ensure that merchandise is received and stocked efficiently.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve sales floor operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
