As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team of experienced healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the CVICU department
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field
Requirements:
- Active state license as a Registered Nurse
- 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the CVICU department
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights
- 36 hours per week
