We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology IT Analyst to join our team at NYU Langone Health. As a key member of our Radiology IT department, you will be responsible for achieving in-depth knowledge of assigned Radiology IT systems and software.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance: Conduct regular day-to-day communication, monitor and maintain applications, and demonstrate an understanding of clinical operations.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work with vendors, project teams, and clinical representatives to tailor the system to fit the organization's needs.
- Workflow Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with the use of Radiology IT systems.
- Procedure Development: Develop and document internal procedures used in conjunction with Radiology applications.
- System Support: Provide on-call support on a rotating basis, troubleshoot problems, and address questions from users.
- Quality Assurance: Assist with all quality assurance processes, including change management and testing efforts.
- Training and Communication: Support the training team by keeping trainers abreast of new functionality and system changes, and communicate effectively across all impacted teams.
Requirements:
- Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Typically requires 2 or more years of experience in Radiology IT or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
