About the Position

As a Support Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing training to new hires. You will also work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong understanding of our products and services. A top-notch Support Specialist Lead will also be able to think critically and provide creative solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Developing and delivering training programs for new customer service agents.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for process improvements.
  • Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced.
  • Attending meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field may be advantageous.
  • Practical experience with help desk software (e.g., Microsoft Suite) and CRM software is essential.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders is crucial.
  • Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
