**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform access control and routine patrols to monitor all access/exit points for anomalies.
  • Conduct emergency/incident response and ensure completion of administrative requirements as assigned by the Security Office.
  • Enforce Club policies and engage in security training to stay up-to-date on the latest procedures.
  • Complete written reports and document daily activities to ensure accurate records.
  • Abide by standard operating procedures and respond to security incidents in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Minimum one (1) year security work experience in a professional setting
  • Guard card required
  • Experience performing technical procedures and completing reports
  • Comfortable working under pressure and dedicated to quality service
  • Familiarity with Security policies and procedures
  • Ability to assess and quickly react to emergency situations while maintaining composure and professionalism
  • Ability to follow detailed, step-by-step, procedures
  • Understand operational priorities, take initiative, and exercise sound independent judgment
  • Capable of working independently without extensive direction or oversight
  • Use technology to process information, improve security and communications
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and detail-oriented focus
  • Preferred certifications: baton, mace, handcuffing, CPR/First Aid/AED
