  • Ensure adherence to all dietary protocols as per established guidelines.
  • Maintain safety standards at all times.
  • Keep the department clean and organized by ensuring that necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Immediately report any hazardous conditions or equipment issues to the Food Services Director.
  • Document all incidents and accidents according to departmental procedures.
  • Complete assigned tasks following the management framework provided during orientation.
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions.
  • Dress in accordance with the professional attire standards set by the organization.

Compliance:

Adhere to all Community Wellness Partners policies and regulations regarding the confidentiality and security of protected health information.

Physical and Sensory Requirements:

  • Ability to move throughout the work environment intermittently.
  • Proficient in speaking and writing in English.
  • Capable of managing the mental and emotional demands of the role.
  • Possess adequate sight and hearing abilities, with or without assistive devices.
  • Demonstrate independence, flexibility, and integrity while effectively collaborating with residents and staff.
  • Maintain good health and emotional stability.
  • Ability to interact compassionately with residents who may be ill or distressed.
  • May need to lift, push, pull, or move items exceeding fifty (50) lbs.
  • Assist in the evacuation of residents when necessary.
