Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Design Manager to join our team at Winston Retail. As a key member of our Creative Studio, you will be responsible for elevating our brand and driving innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Content Creation: Develop and implement social media-focused creative content, including statics, carousels, gifs, and graphics for short-form video.
  • Email Blast Template Design: Design and create email blast templates for our marketing campaigns.
  • Presentation Decks and Templates: Create presentation decks and templates to support our marketing efforts.
  • Minor Graphic Design: Provide minor graphic design services for physical items, such as customized product and signage for in-person events and conferences.
  • Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with our Creative Studio team to develop creative strategies and out-of-the-box concepts and designs during brainstorms.
  • Social Media Strategy & Management: Partner with our Creative team to conceptualize and execute social media and marketing strategies to meet brand objectives and enhance engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Results Driven: Oversee the reporting process, using tools like Gain App and social platform analytics to evaluate campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and extract insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Community Management: Foster relationships with our online community and spearhead community management efforts with client social media channels.
Requirements:
  • Professional Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in creative marketing and campaign development with a focus on digital content.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro is a big plus. Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Canva. Proficient knowledge of social media platform specs including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Portfolio: Must have a portfolio showcasing past design work (primarily digital, but physical design a plus).
  • Time Management: Great time management is a must; individual must take ownership of their schedule and use time and their team wisely to accomplish tasks.
