Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of post-acute facilities, providing compassionate nursing care to residents. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and documenting medical histories.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to ensure a comfortable and safe facility for residents.
  • Assist with the orientation and training of new colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and charts.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent.
  • Current LPN licensure in good standing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
