Key Responsibilities:

Your Role Includes:
Wound management
Medication oversight
Deliver nursing services to residents
Liaise with families and healthcare providers
Perform fall risk evaluations, skin assessments, pain evaluations, and Fast Scale assessments
Provide hands-on nursing care
Coordinate resident care with families and healthcare professionals
Communicate changes in care plans to staff
Audit electronic Medication Administration Records (eMARS) and medication carts
Participate in the training of care staff

Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate:
Active RN/LPN License in good standing
A genuine passion for working with seniors
Excellent communication abilities
Strong work ethic, team support, and a positive attitude
Willingness to undergo a 2-step TB test
