Job Summary:
The Room Service Ambassador is a vital member of the Tower Health team, responsible for delivering meals to patients in a manner that supports the hospital's commitment to excellence. This role requires a working knowledge of department-specific technology, including hand-held devices and tray line computer-based support equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient meal trays in a timely and efficient manner
- Assemble trays for delivery to patients
- Operate food service equipment, including dishwashers and tray line computers
- Clean and sanitize dishware, equipment, and food production areas
- Maintain safe food production and service areas to provide appealing, appetizing, and wholesome food to patients
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: No prior experience required
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multitasking and adaptability
