Qualifications:

- Achieve 90% approaching, 60% meets, and 30% mastered scores on standardized assessments.
- Support 60% of special education students in attaining 'approaches' on assessments.
- Facilitate 75% of subpopulations meeting growth measures.
- Maintain 90% student persistence and 85% teacher retention rates.
- Achieve 97.5% average daily attendance for students.
- Focus on the mission of ensuring all students are prepared for college.
- Maintain high expectations for personal and team performance.
- Lead instructional staff to deliver measurable and ambitious educational results.
- Conduct daily observations and provide immediate coaching to enhance teaching practices.
- Oversee the implementation of curriculum and assessments aligned with academic standards.
- Review and provide feedback on weekly lesson plans from teachers.
- Analyze data to develop strategies for achieving quantifiable educational goals.
- Communicate student progress effectively with families.
- Foster strong relationships with students and families based on trust and respect.
- Support the development of a positive school culture that promotes learning.
- Participate in school-wide meetings and professional development activities.
- Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week on campus.
- Additional responsibilities may include tutoring and other support activities based on student needs.
