  • Achieve 90% approaching, 60% meets, and 30% mastered scores on standardized assessments.
  • Support 60% of special education students in attaining 'approaches' on assessments.
  • Facilitate 75% of subpopulations meeting growth measures.
  • Maintain 90% student persistence and 85% teacher retention rates.
  • Achieve 97.5% average daily attendance for students.
Accountabilities:
  • Focus on the mission of ensuring all students are prepared for college.
  • Maintain high expectations for personal and team performance.
  • Lead instructional staff to deliver measurable and ambitious educational results.
  • Conduct daily observations and provide immediate coaching to enhance teaching practices.
  • Oversee the implementation of curriculum and assessments aligned with academic standards.
  • Review and provide feedback on weekly lesson plans from teachers.
  • Analyze data to develop strategies for achieving quantifiable educational goals.
  • Communicate student progress effectively with families.
  • Foster strong relationships with students and families based on trust and respect.

  • Participate in school-wide meetings and professional development activities.
  • Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week on campus.
