Health Educator Role

At destinationone Consulting, we are seeking a skilled Health Educator to join our team. As a Health Educator, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing programs that promote health awareness and encourage healthy behaviors in communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify community health priorities and develop targeted educational materials.
  • Design and implement health education programs and workshops that cater to diverse community needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of health education initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders to advance health promotion policies and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in health education, public health, or a related field.
  • Certification as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in community outreach and program development, with a proven track record of success.
