About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages to our members, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to members, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
  • Stock and rotate merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving member issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve the shopping experience
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Food Service experience preferred
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification
