About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food and beverages to meet customer expectations, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive work environment, and support team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work culture.
