Job Profile

In this role, you will engage directly with agile teams in a JAVA-centric technology environment, employing AGILE methodologies. Your responsibilities will include offering daily technical leadership during agile ceremonies, establishing and maintaining technical standards across the team, and addressing technical challenges and roadblocks. You will guide the team, alongside the Scrum Master and Product Owner, in estimating, planning, designing solutions, and developing applications.

This position is crucial for hands-on technical leadership and design activities related to new applications or enhancements of existing platforms aimed at meeting the needs of our Corporate and Commercial clients across our Digital Products and development.

You will be involved in all aspects of Client Facing Portal modules and related initiatives tied to the client-facing platform. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, sound judgment, and a commitment to meeting deadlines and objectives.
