Job Overview

The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Professional to join our team in the Department of Radiology. As a key member of our research team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of clinical research projects.

Essential Functions
  • Develop and coordinate clinical research projects, including protocol development and implementation.
  • Assist in the development and testing of trial/study imaging infrastructure.
  • Ensure study protocol compliance and perform quality assurance/quality control of imaging data.
  • Screen, recruit, and obtain informed consents for clinical trials/studies.
  • Collect and enter clinical research data required by sponsors in a timely manner.
  • Utilize proprietary software for image analysis and segmentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of data for DSMB, manuscripts for publication, and/or presentation at national meetings.
Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
  • One (1) year of related experience.
Additional Qualifications Considered
  • Working experience in a medical, academic, or radiology environment.
  • Experience with using RedCap.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, good follow-up, and judgment and prioritize.
  • Ability to verbally communicate effectively with staff, physicians, nurses, managers, trial sponsors, and colleagues.
