About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

Schedule patient appointments and manage waitlists

Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility

Collect and process payments, including managing cash and credit card transactions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic health records systems
