We are seeking part-time, customer-focused Outside Service Personnel for our Golf Department. If you have a passion for golf, enjoy engaging with people, and wish to learn from experienced professionals, this role in our golf department could be an excellent match for you.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Outside Service Personnel, your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding service to our guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience. This role involves maintaining the availability of golf carts for guest use throughout operational hours and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Warmly greeting every guest upon their arrival, whether in their vehicles or at the bag drop area, and welcoming them to our facility.
  • Guiding guests to the Golf Shop for check-in.
  • Welcoming guests upon their return from their rounds, cleaning their clubs, and assisting them with their equipment to the bag drop or their vehicles.
  • Ensuring golf carts are properly charged, safe, clean, and stocked with necessary amenities, and relocating them to the staging area.
  • Assisting with golf cart upkeep, tournament logistics, driving range operations, and Golf Shop functions as required.
