Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Family Attorney to join our team at 3TG Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our family law division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal services to our clients in the area of family law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by supporting clients through each phase of their case, frequently communicating and understanding their goals and needs
  • Work collaboratively with our high-performing team to maintain a positive and supportive work environment with high standards and a desire to be the best in the industry
  • Maintain current knowledge of legal and industry changes, trends, and technology
  • Function well within a team that has established systems, processes, and protocols for excellence
  • Think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Share expertise and skills with team members to elevate our ability to serve our customers
  • Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing situations, and forming strategies for action
  • Handle the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings as needed
  • Create legal documents such as pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases

Qualifications:

  • J.D. required from a reputable school and Georgia Bar License in Good Standing
  • Loyal, trustworthy, and honest individual with no hidden agenda; good person striving to do good work
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in litigation, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in family law
  • Knowledge of applicable Georgia family laws and cases
  • No prior criminal history and ability to pass a detailed background check
  • Superior writing and proofreading skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent client management skills, professionalism, and ability to lead others

Compensation and Benefits:
