About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse with Chapel Manor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents. Your expertise and compassion will be invaluable in providing high-quality care and promoting a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure seamless execution.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure continuity of care.

To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
