Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for our residents, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that meets their unique needs and preferences.
- Prospective Resident Engagement: Engage with prospective residents and their families, providing personalized tours and orientations to showcase the benefits of our community.
- Program Development: Develop and implement programs that promote the Whole Person Wellness Model, incorporating a minimum of two of the six experiences (Intellectual, Social, Emotional, Vocational, and Spiritual) to enhance the overall well-being of our residents.
- Technology Integration: Utilize iPads and other technology to enrich the lives of our residents, capturing memories and sharing them with the community through our TV and social media channels.
- Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in software applications and tools used by American House for Life Enrichment, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
- Scheduling and Transportation: Schedule weekend activities and provide transportation for group events and personal appointments, ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents.
- Community Representation: Represent American House professionally in all community events, promoting our brand and values while fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
- Decorations and Volunteer Management: Oversee the update of seasonal and vacation decorations throughout the building, as well as manage our volunteer program to ensure a strong and engaged community.
