Role Overview

We are in search of an AV Service Technician dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clientele. The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities, technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to meeting customer requirements.

Primary Duties

  • Deliver technical assistance for audio-visual systems
  • Engage effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Diagnose and rectify electronic system issues
  • Install and enhance cabling and equipment
  • Provide technical advice to clients

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in audio-visual systems
  • Certification as a Technology Specialist (CTS) and CTS-I is mandatory
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with Crestron, Extron, or AMX systems is advantageous
