About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, utilizing critical thinking and clinical expertise to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current California Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • Current National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • Current National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course.
  • One year of nursing experience in an ICU setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current National Certification in area of specialty.
