About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ICU Nurse to join our team at Providence Saint John's Health Center. As a critical care registered nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current California Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • Current National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • Current National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course.
  • One year of nursing experience in an ICU setting.
