Job Overview

Lead AI Solutions Engineer

Always Forward Recruiting is excited to present an opportunity for a Lead AI Solutions Engineer. This role focuses on leveraging advanced technologies in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning to serve both commercial and governmental sectors. You will engage directly in the creation and deployment of algorithms that enhance signal and image processing capabilities, including extensive data analytics.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
  • Proficient programming skills in C/C++, Python, or similar languages.
  • Comprehensive understanding of AI, ML, CV, and DL principles.
  • Solid foundation in AI algorithms, programming, and software architecture.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.

Preferred Skills

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing ML/AI/CV solutions or conducting research.
  • Familiarity with Edge Computing and the Internet of Things (IoT).
  • Experience with AI frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or Caffe.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Possess a deep understanding of Family of Systems (FOS) and co-manage the complete architecture, including system integration, tools, frameworks, and processes.
  • Implement agile development practices, emphasizing methodologies like continuous integration.
  • Contribute to enhancing the skills and capabilities of the engineering team.
