**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Management Lead to join our team at The Judge Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing warehouse personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

**Responsibilities**

* Utilize SAP and previous warehouse materials management experience to optimize warehouse operations
* Lead and manage warehouse personnel, ensuring a high level of productivity and efficiency
* Oversee and troubleshoot Warehouse Management (WM) system issues to minimize downtime
* Provide shop floor warehouse support to the operations team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
* Ensure all processes are documented and strictly adhered to, maintaining a high level of compliance
* Maintain master data associated with the warehouse management system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
* Manage engineering changes to prevent excess and obsolescence, ensuring a lean and efficient operation
* Propose and implement new ideas for continuous improvement, driving innovation and growth

**Qualifications**

* Proficiency in warehouse management systems, specifically SAP
* Strong understanding of warehouse management processes, including receiving, put away, replenishment, and line feed
* Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with warehouse personnel
* Knowledge of master data management within a warehouse management system

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in a Just-In-Time (JIT) seating assembly operation
