About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Home of the Innocents. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily nursing care and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety for our pediatric residents.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise nursing services and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures
  • Coordinate daily nursing care and collaborate with other departments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
  • Provide leadership in the absence of administrative staff
  • Monitor nursing personnel and respond to complaints
  • Support and supervise nursing team members
  • Assist with staffing and education needs
  • Provide direct care to residents, as needed
  • Perform administrative duties and contribute to financial objectives
Requirements
  • Current Unencumbered Commonwealth of Kentucky Registered Nurse license
  • Associates Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct resident care in a hospital or long term care facility, with supervisory/management experience preferred
  • Current CPR / Basic Life Support certification
  • Broad knowledge of nursing standards of practice and strong clinical, supervisory, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with integrity, flexibility, and compassion
