The Role

">

This Construction Project Manager will be responsible for finalizing project scope and pricing with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, obtaining necessary permits and licenses, releasing critical items for timely project delivery, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Oversight of multiple jobsites and management of field staff">
  • Finalization of project scope and pricing with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors">
  • Obtaining necessary permits and licenses for project locations">
  • Release of critical items for timely project delivery">
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards throughout the project">
  • Lead field staff and implement project strategy on-site">
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress to ensure milestones are met">
  • Collaboration with Superintendents to create, update, and maintain accurate project schedules">
  • Oversee all field operations to ensure alignment with project strategy and construction documentation">
  • Conduct on-site meetings with stakeholders, including architects, clients, and construction teams, to review construction progress, quality control, and site safety">
  • Serve as liaison between field staff and architect/owner when issues or conflicts arise">
  • Prepare and submit detailed project estimates to clients">

Requirements

This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on overseeing multiple jobsites, proven experience managing construction projects, and familiarity with FDOT standards and processes.

Salary Range

">

$90,000 - $120,000 per year
