We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the position of Senior Registered Nurse Supervisor at the North Florida Evaluation and Treatment Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and promoting a safe and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to nursing care, ensuring compliance with established standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Conduct audits and investigations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of patient records and medication administration.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices, new policies, and procedures.
- Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in accordance with Florida Statute 464.
- Three years of Registered Nursing experience or a Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
- Two or more years of supervision experience preferred.
