As a Milieu Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing culturally sensitive, therapeutic services to our students. Your expertise will help establish lifelong connections, provide clinical support, and assist in overcoming obstacles to ensure our youth achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, behavioral support plans, and safety plans.
  • Collaborate with residential staff to ensure adherence to programming and treatment plans.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations, supervise program directors, and evaluate client services delivery.
  • Work with residents and families to develop short-term treatment plans.
  • Act as an agency liaison with contracting agencies, advocates, and guardians.
  • Maintain records for contact compliance.
  • Develop and maintain community, governmental, and public resources and relationships.
  • Support oversight of the program budget.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience counseling adolescents and/or families.
  • Must complete background check.
