The Restaurant General Manager is the key leader responsible for driving restaurant profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance. This role requires a strong understanding of restaurant operations, leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Profitability: Manage the restaurant's P&L, drive sales growth, and optimize profitability through effective labor management, inventory control, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest service, maintain a clean and safe environment, and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • People: Lead the recruitment and selection process, onboard new team members, and provide coaching and feedback to develop a high-performing team.
  • Operations: Manage restaurant labor, enforce compliance with regulations and policies, and maintain operational standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of college preferred.
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability.
  • Ability to prioritize work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
