About the Role

eTeam is seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Engineer - III to join our team. As a key member of our RF Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing RF systems that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • RF System Design: Design and implement RF systems that meet the needs of our clients, including creating search areas, working with the performance team, and collaborating with system performance counterparts.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from start to implementation, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including system performance engineers, real estate, equipment engineering, and network assurance to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest RF technologies and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve RF system design and implementation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in telecommunications with a focus on RF design.
  • Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of Atoll RF Modeling software, 4G LTE specifications, messaging, and features, LTE network capacity, and antenna fundamentals, modeling, and implementation.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in office computer applications, including Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Access.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Experience in data collecting and analysis of drive test data.
  • Decision Making: Ability to make sound decisions with minimal support from manager.
  • Organizational Skills: Superior organizational and planning skills, including setting and communicating priorities, anticipating workload impact, and delegating tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent analytic, interpersonal, and communication skills.
