Job Summary:

Campbell Scientific is seeking an Electronics Assembler to join our team in Logan, UT. As an Electronics Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly processes of finished products and product sub-assemblies, including circuit boards, cables, and other related mechanical product assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build products according to standardized production processes for product quality and performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Report variances in production processes and quality that vary from established standards.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities and training.
  • Work with both large and small components.
  • Observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate, or GED Certificate.
  • Ability to read and interpret instruction documents written in the English language.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
  • Ability to work under the pressure of time-sensitive deadlines without compromising quality.
  • IPC 610-D standards and practical training preferred.
  • IPC WHMA-A-620 standards and practical training preferred.
  • 1-3 years of electronic or general manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Hand soldering experience, preferred.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001:2015, preferred.

Work Environment:

Typical light manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs. of equipment over short distances as needed during fulfilling job responsibilities.
